Everything in Package 1, plus hands-on assistance completing benefit applications. This commonly includes Attendance Allowance, Pension Credit, Housing Benefit, Council Tax Reduction, or a referral for a social care needs assessment.Time allocation: ten to twelve hours. The nature of benefit applications means that simple cases take four hours and complex cases with health evidence or appeal grounds can take considerably longer. We build in a realistic buffer.Typical outcomes: one or more benefit applications submitted, expected annual uplift for the client of £2,000 to £8,000 depending on eligibility.

Our most comprehensive package, combining Packages 1 and 2 with active coordination of care services. We source, vet, and arrange appropriate home care, assistive technology, specialist services, or other support. A check-in at four weeks is included to review whether arrangements are working and to make adjustments.Time allocation: twenty to twenty-four hours across initial work and follow-through.Typical outcomes: care or support arrangements in place, benefits applied for, family aligned on next steps, written coordination record.
